Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective items (subject to stock availability).
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds for online payments made via credit card can only be credited back to the original card and cannot be issued as cash refunds. Processing may take 7-14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
